PIONEER’S NOTE:
Dr Riya Raju MBBS, MD




My research journey began with an ICMR abstract rejection in 1st year of medical school, and was shaped by the many unanswered questions I faced during the USMLE journey.
Motivated by this gap, we wanted to create a platform that goes beyond traditional mentorship and publication help. Our goal is to provide affordable, excellent guidance to students at every level, encouraging them to embrace research without intimidation.

Package Options
Student-driven topics: Students propose Ideas and are cross-checked by mentor and are grouped by interest, APC budgets and timelines. Mentors provide the final approval of the topic based on feasibility.
Weekly sessions by mentors on research question development, literature review, abstract/paper writing, journal selection, and publication process.
(NOTE: The plan-A price excludes APC charges. Journal communication and article processing are the responsibility of the first and second authors.)
Authorship: Plan A – contribution-based with students as first authors and the mentor as the final author.
Mentor-driven topics:
Students are assigned to mentor-provided projects based on interest.
Weekly sessions on literature review & abstract/paper writing.
(NOTE: The price excludes APC charges, with mentors handling journal communication and article processing.)
Authorship: Plan B – mentor as first author, others based on contribution.

Dr. Argi Anuradha is a dedicated researcher with expertise in human genetics, holding a PhD (focused on gene polymorphisms and cancer susceptibility) in the field from Andhra University.

Dr. Peela Jagannadha Rao, M.B.BS, MD, PhD, is a distinguished academician with significant global contributions to the fields of medical genetics, biochemistry, and clinical chemistry.
Current Role: Provost & HOD of Biochemistry (Molecular Biology & Medical Genetics), BIMS School of Medicine and Health Professions, Jamaica


Dr Tanishq Kesani, M.B.B.S, MD, is a leader with multiple abstract presentations, experience in case reports and systematic review papers.
Current role - PGY-1 Family Medicine at Onvida Health, Arizona




Dr Tarun Kumar Suvvari, MBBS is a young physician-researcher with training from various national research facilities during his undergraduate studies, and continues to contribute to the scientific literature.
Current Role: Founder & Chairman of Squad Medicine and Research (SMR); Founding President of Rangaraya Student Research Society (RSRS)


Dr. Gautham Maddineni, M.B.B.S, MD, possesses extensive experience in the design, execution, and statistical analysis of large database cohort studies.
Current Role: Incoming GI Fellow at Creighton University, Nebraska




Dr. Shanmukh Sai Pavan Lingamsetty, M.B.B.S., has notable expertise in Meta-Analysis projects and a strong track record of leading multiple successful projects.
Current Role: Research Fellow, Department of Gastroenterology at Harvard University.




Dr. Meghana Kakarla , MD is a graduate of Harvard Medical School’s GCSRT program. Her research focuses on gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary outcomes using national datasets, with specific interests in translational hepatology, early-onset colorectal cancer, and microbiome-linked GI disorders.
Current Role: PGY-2 Internal Medicine resident at Infirmary Health, Alabama




Dr Vamshi Kota, M.B.B.S currently working on clinical trials involving novel therapies for Inflammatory Bowel Disease. I’m also interested in medical education and how research can drive better patient outcomes.
